We also offer a per word price for technical documents. In case if you’re not sure of your document type we’d suggest you Upload and send us your files via Get a Quote. By doing so you’d certainly obtain the most accurate translation estimate. PRICE PER WORD
Sometimes you might need to translate a technical document. And when we said technical document the list is long. That list contains medical reports, court judgments, engineering, scientific research papers and much more. As we’ve mentioned earlier, if your file has technical terms then we apply per word price.
DISCOUNTS ON REPETITIVE WORDS
For sure, we won’t charge you full price for 100% repetitive/matched words in a new document. Moreover, here’s our tariff grid for your reference.

95-99% 30%
85-94% 50%
75-84% 70%
50-74% 100%
No match 100%

PER PAGE PRICE
Sometimes we get a handwritten document for translation. And word count on a handwritten file is practically not possible. Consequently, a miscalculation n wordcount can generate a false estimation. So we avoid doing manual wordcount on a handwritten file. Thus, we offer a per page flat rate in these cases.
PRICE PER WORD IN THE TRANSLATED FILE
Certain languages such as Arabic Urdu Hebrew and many more do not generate an accurate word count in MS WORD. If that be the case we offer price per translated word.
