A Notarized translation is a translation that has translator’s affidavit, certified by a notary or an oath commissioner. Certified translation is the same but without the notary’s certification.
It depends. For most types of personal documents e.g. a birth certificate, a flat rate is charged.* Whereas a per word price is charged for technical documents.

When translation is completed, we send you “Order Completed” email will be notified via an email and a phone call.
To do so you must call our office, speak to the project manager on your file and give the name of the person who is coming to pick up your order. We’d like to remind you that it is your responsibility to make sure that person brings a valid photo ID to pass the name verification step at our office.

No. We do not certify the validity of a translation performed by another LSP [Language service provider]. We perform translation from scratch, print and accredit it on our company’s official letterhead.
Yes we do. However, the following statement shall be marked on the hard copy of the certified translation:
“The translation was done from a Copy of the original document”.
Moreover we’ll affix the copy with our translation.
Our translations are always true to the original document. If there’s a spelling error on the original document, you must contact the issuing authority to discuss your matter.
If the translation was delivered 3 years ago, we’d charge full price for its translation. If it’s less than three years, then half price shall be charged. Contact our office to discuss.
